I have been buying parts for over 5 years now from them. Dalton has been always super friendly and professional. Recently i bought my first truck from them as well, Brad was the salesperson that i was dealing with. Everything went smooth and i am happy with my purchase! It is a great family business, even if i find something slightly cheaper elsewhere i prefer to spend my money at a business like theirs!

We had a Ramsey winch on one of trucks to malfunction on one of our rollbacks recently. Our driver called Gregg Hinds who attempted to trouble shoot the problems over the phone. Unfortunately they were unsuccessful. Justin Banzet from Ramsey called me and I explained the issues to them. I was told that a new winch would be sent to me. I also received a call from Jeremy Tankersly (Miller Industries)but I explained to him that Ramsey was already addressing the problem. I received a call from Justin the next day telling me he was bringing a new winch with him to install on the roll back. When he got to the airport, he was not allowed to travel with the winch. He traveled with Chad Brown (Ramsey)and landed in Birmingham and rented a car and drove to Arab, Alabama(Austin Hinds Motors) and took a winch off of a new bed sitting on their lot during a heavy rain storm. Justin and Chad, representatives from Ramsey showed up and repaired the truck. Because these representatives went above and beyond the norm, our truck suffered a minimum amount of down time. By aligning ourselves with individuals and companies that offer superior products and outstanding customer service like Gregg Hinds, Miller Industries, and Ramsey Winch, Fred Robertson's has been able to maintain its reputation as the best wrecker service in Tuscaloosa.
